It is located in the Txorierri Valley, in a rural environment very close to the urban center of Lezama, on the Camino de Santiago route, 10 km from Bilbao, 10 km from the coast and beaches, and 10 km from the Bilbao Exhibition Center. The Zamudio Technology Park is 3 km away, and Loiu Airport is 5 km away. The Euskotren station, located 400 m from the place, connects to the center of Bilbao, a tourist, business, and shopping area, in 25 minutes.

It combines a rustic and contemporary style, with 6 double rooms, all with a bathroom, television, heating, and internet connection (ADSL). It has a cozy living room with a fireplace and television for exclusive use of guests, and a spacious dining room with access to outdoor terraces. It has a meeting room for groups of up to 16 people with the necessary facilities and the possibility of organizing different setups. It also has private parking, a garden, and a green area.
