Description

The Oka rural house is an ancient 16th-century mill (1550-1560) located in the peaceful neighborhood of San Lorenzo in Berriz.
We have 3 rooms (each with a private bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and comfortable living-dining room.

The farmhouse, built with wood and sandstone from Mount Oiz, is located near the Urkiola Natural Park and the different municipalities of Duranguesado. The three capitals of the Basque Autonomous Community and the coast are also just a few kilometers away: Bilbao and Vitoria are 30 minutes away, San Sebastian is 45 minutes away, and the beaches of Lekeitio and Ondarroa are 20 minutes away.

At the end of 2007, the upper part of this historic multi-story building was renovated and transformed into a comfortable and welcoming rural house.
